Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 21 December 2011 in relation to the acquisition by the Company of a freehold land measuring in total approximately 73,153 square metres or 787,411.58 square feet which is held under H.S.(D) 58376, PTD 106273, Mukim Kulai, Daerah Kulaijaya, Negeri Johor (prior to amalgamation, it comprised of two (2) pieces of freehold land held under GRN 264759, Lot No. 60243, and GRN 264760, Lot No. 60244, Mukim Kulai, Daerah Kulaijaya, Negeri Johor) (“Land”) pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 21 December 2011 entered with Genting Property Sdn. Bhd. (“Vendor”) at the purchase price of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Two Million Two Hundred Twenty One Thousand Four Hundred and Sixteen (RM 22,221,416.00) only for the purpose of constructing and operating the business of a shopping centre with car parks and departmental stores cum supermarket thereon (“Acquisition of Land”). The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that following the amalgamation of the Land, the size of the Land has become smaller and the purchase price of the Land has been adjusted and revised from Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Two Million Two Hundred Twenty One Thousand Four Hundred and Sixteen (RM 22,221,416.00) only to Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Two Million Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Four and Sen Twenty Four (RM22,047,524.24) only and the Acquisition of Land has been completed on 2 March 2014, upon the presentation of the Memorandum of Transfer and relevant documents at the relevant land office for registration (“Completion Date”).
