| Working experience and occupation | Encik Zuhairy bin Md Isa ("Encik Zuhairy") joined Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd ("Am ARA") on 15 April 2008 as the Head, Asset Management where he was responsible for overseeing property management, marketing and leasing and the implementation of organic growth strategies to enhance the performance of AmFIRST’s portfolio as well as planning and implementing the asset enhancement initiatives.
On 1 August 2013, Encik Zuhairy was appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Am ARA. He is currently responsible for the strategic direction, investment objectives and operations of AmFIRST and Am ARA as well as overseeing the roles as Head, Asset Management.
Encik Zuhairy has more than fifteen (15) years of related working experience with MIDF Property Berhad ("MIDF") from Year 1994 to Year 2008 prior to joining Am ARA. His last position with MIDF was Assistant Vice-President II, heading the Leasing and Marketing Department for Klang Valley region. He was also responsible in handling the land development matters throughout Malaysia as well as Indonesia. He also served as director for the subsidiaries involved in logistics in Malaysia and property development in Indonesia, namely MIEL Logistics Sdn Bhd and PT Miel Nusantara Development. |
