We refer to the announcement dated 31 May 2016 in relation to the Notice of the Fourth Annual General Meeting of AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust ("AmFIRST REIT") [the "Notice"].
We are pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of AmFIRST REIT.
