ContentsMayban Trustees Berhad, the Trustee and Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager, have agreed to vary the payment frequency of the manager's and trustee's fees from semi-annual to monthly basis. Both fees are calculated on a monthly accrual basis and shall be payable in arrears by the seventh (7th) day of the following month.

The said variation is merely an administrative change as permitted under the Trust Deed in line with the industry practice and has no impact in respect of the quantum of the fees.
