AMFIRST - Notice of Book Closure

Final income distribution of 2.08 sen per unit (of which 1.69 sen per unit is taxable and 0.39 sen per unit is tax exempt/non-taxable) in respect of the six-month financial period from 1 October 2017 to 31 March 2018.

Further to Reference No. ILC-24042018-00001, kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Income” as from: 7 May 2018 (Remain Unchanged)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 14 May 2018 (Instead of 10 May 2018)
3)  Date Payable : 25 May 2018 (Remain Unchanged)

Remarks: Due to the annoucement made that Thursday, (10 May 2018) and Friday, (11 May 2018) have been declared as public holiday in Malaysia, which coincides with the earlier entitlement date of the Company which is on 10 May 2018, the Company has changed the entitlement date for the payment of Final Income Distribution from 10 May 2018 to 14 May 2018. Other than the change in entitlement date, all other information in the earlier announcement remain the same.
