Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of AmREIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. ("the Manager"), the Manager of AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust ("AmFIRST REIT"), wishes to announce that the resolution tabled at the Unitholders' Meeting of AmFIRST REIT held today was duly approved by AmFIRST REIT's Unitholders.

 

The resolution was voted by poll and poll result was validated by Deloitte Malaysia Assurance Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Manager of AmFIRST REIT.
