Ancom Logistics Berhad (“ALB” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders at its forthcoming 49th Annual General Meeting for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and/or trading nature (“Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate”).

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
