We refer to our earlier announcements dated 27 April 2015, 28 April 2015 and 13 May 2015. (Unless otherwise defined, all the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement) On behalf of the Board of Directors of ALB, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities today for an extension of time of 6 months from 12 November 2015, being the deadline for the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement, to 11 May 2016 for the completion of the Proposed Private Placement.
