Further to your fax of 10 January 2001 on the above matter, we set out below the additional information as requested:
(1) The net profit after taxation of RHB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd based on its latest audited accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2000, is RM433,985.
(2) No person connected to the directors or substantial shareholders of RHB Capital has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Disposal.
(3) The Sale of Shares Agreement is available for inspection at the registered office of RHB Capital at Level 8, Tower Three, RHB Centre, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur during normal office hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5.15 p.m. on Mondays to Thursdays and 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Fridays, excluding public holidays.
