On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the manager of Axis-REIT ("the Manager"), Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad is pleased to announce that a unitholders’ meeting (“Meeting”) will be held at at The Synergy Room, Conference Centre LG2, The Westin Kuala Lumpur, 199 Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur on 3 November 2006, Friday at 10.30 a.m., or at any adjournment thereof, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions pertaining to the Proposed Amendments. A copy of the said Notice of the Meeting is attached herewith.
