Reference is made to the announcement released on 2 October 2006 on behalf of Lim Kian Thiam and Tew Peng Hwee @ Teoh Peng Hwee, the Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT, on the Proposed Dealings in Units during Closed Period.
Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(c) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ARMB wishes to inform that Lim Kian Thiam and Tew Peng Hwee @ Teoh Peng Hwee have dealt in the units of Axis-REIT during closed period. The details of the dealings are as follows:-
