Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad ("Aseambankers"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to inform that the Securities Commission ("SC"), vide its letter dated 5 December 2006, which was received on 7 December 2006, has no objection against the registration of the supplemental deed in respect of the Proposed Amendments.
For registration purposes, Aseambankers is required to abide with the requirements as governed under Schedule G of the SC’s Guidelines on Unit Trust Funds issued on 1 April 2003.
