Reference is made to the announcement released on 22 January 2008 on behalf of Lao, Yin Yong Lee, the Director of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT, on the Proposed Dealings in Units during Closed Period.
