Reference is made to the announcement released on 18 April 2007 on behalf of Alex Lee Lao, the Alternate Director of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT, on the Proposed Dealings in Units during Closed Period.
