Reference is made to the announcement released on 16 April 2007 on behalf of Dato' Abas Carl Gunnar Bin Abdullah, the Director of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT, on the Proposed Dealings in Units during Closed Period.
Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(c) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ARMB wishes to inform that Dato' Abas Carl Gunnar Bin Abdullah has dealt in the units of Axis-REIT during closed period. The details of the dealings are as follows:-

^ Axis Equities Sdn Bhd is the ultimate holding company of T. S. Property Development Sdn Bhd. T. S. Property Development Sdn Bhd has a substantial interest in Axis Development Sdn Bhd which in turn has substantial interest in Baiduri Kemas Sdn Bhd, a substantial unitholder of Axis-REIT.
