Reference is made to the announcement released on 16 April 2007 on behalf of Tew Peng Hwee @ Teoh Peng Hwee, the Director of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT, on the Proposed Dealings in Units during Closed Period.
Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(c) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ARMB wishes to inform that Tew Peng Hwee @ Teoh Peng Hwee has dealt in the units of Axis-REIT during closed period. The details of the dealings are as follows:-

b) Consideration Price for disposal : RM2.2500/unit
c) Consideration Price for acquisition : RM2.2500/unit
