Reference is made to the announcement released on 18 April 2007 on behalf of Alex Lee Lao, the Alternate Director of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT, on the Proposed Dealings in Units during Closed Period.
Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(c) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ARMB wishes to inform that Alex Lee Lao has dealt in the units of Axis-REIT during closed period. The details of the dealings are as follows:-
