On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB"), the manager of Axis-REIT, Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad ("Aseambankers") is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission ("SC") had, vide its letter dated 22 October 2007 (which was received on 23 October 2007), approved the Proposed Revaluation with a condition that ARMB or Aseambankers must inform the SC the date of the incorporation of the revalued amount of the Properties into the accounts of Axis-REIT.
