We refer to the announcements dated 30 October 2006, 5 February 2007 and 20 July 2007 in relation to the Proposed Placement (defined hereon as the "Announcements").Further to the Announcements, Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the manager of Axis-REIT, is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 5 November 2007, given its approval in-principle for the listing of up to 50,000,000 new units to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement.
