We refer to the announcements dated 30 October 2006 and 5 February 2007 in relation to the Proposed Placement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the manager of Axis-REIT, Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission had, vide its letter dated 19 July 2007, approved an extension of time for six (6) months from 31 July 2007 to 31 January 2008 for the Fund to implement the Proposed Placement.
