On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Securities Commission (“SC”) has, through its letter dated 22 April 2011, which was received on 26 April 2011, approved the issuance and listing of new Units to be issued under the Proposed Authority 1 and Proposed Authority 2, and the Proposed Increase In Fund Size 1 and Proposed Increase In Fund Size 2.
