On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, through its letter dated 28 June 2011 (which was received on 30 June 2011), approved the listing of and quotation for up to 165,396,440 new Units to be issued pursuant to the abovementioned proposals, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
