Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the second supplemental deed dated 1 December 2008 has been registered and lodged with the Securities Commission on 9 December 2008 and 11 December 2008 respectively. As such, Axis-REIT has successfully completed its reclassification to an Islamic real estate investment trust. In relation thereto, the Proposed Reclassification and Proposed Amendments have now been completed. |
