We refer to the announcements dated 9 February 2011, 28 February 2011, 26 April 2011, 1 July 2011, 26 July 2011 and 18 November 2011 in relation to the Proposed Placement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the placees for the entire 75,180,200 new Units under the Proposed Placement have been identified. The new Units available under the Proposed Placement have been oversubscribed by multiple times. The payments for the 75,180,200 new Units under the Proposed Placement at RM2.45 per Unit are required to be made by the identified placees within 5 market days from the price fixing date which had been announced on 18 November 2011.
