Reference is made to the announcements dated 17 October 2011, 8 November 2011, 6 December 2011 and 12 December 2011 in relation to the IDRP that allows the Unitholders of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (“Axis-REIT”) to reinvest their income distribution in new units in Axis-REIT. Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT (“Manager”), wishes to announce that certain Directors and Alternate Director of the Manager have exercised the IDRP which was applied to the Third Interim Income Distribution of Axis-REIT and the details of the increase in their unitholdings in Axis-REIT pursuant to the IDRP are presented in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 13 December 2011. Remarks: The increase in the unitholdings of the Directors and Alternate Director of the Manager pursuant to the IDRP took place outside closed period of Axis-REIT. | |
