We refer to the announcements dated On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that 2,732,896 new Units have been issued and allotted on 9 December 2011 pursuant to the IDRP which was applied to the Third Interim Income Distribution. The said new Units are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from on Monday, 12 December 2011.
