(Unless otherwise stated, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 3 March 2015 in relation to, among others, the Unit Split). We refer to the announcements in relation to, among others, the Unit Split, the latest of which is dated 24 August 2015. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Manager, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date as at 5.00 p.m. on 8 September 2015 ("Entitlement Date"), 547,758,040 units in Axis-REIT will be subdivided into 1,095,516,080 units in Axis-REIT ("Subdivided Units") after 5.00 p.m. today. The Subdivided Units will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 9 September 2015, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. For the avoidance of doubt, upon completion of the Unit Split, the issued fund size of Axis-REIT will comprise 1,095,516,080 Subdivided Units. This announcement is dated 8 September 2015. |
