On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that the Supplemental Deed has been registered with the Securities Commission (“SC”) on 10 January 2012 (the letter of which was received by Maybank IB on 18 January 2012). The Supplemental deed was lodged with the SC on 19 January 2012. The Supplemental Deed comprises the amendments to the deed dated 3 April 2009 as announced on 28 April 2011 and 2 June 2011. The Supplemental Deed is effective upon the registration with the SC on 10 January 2012.
