Reference is made to the announcements dated 19 October 2015, 11 November 2015 and 1 December 2015 in relation to the IDRP applicable to the 2015 Third Interim Income Distribution, that allows unitholders of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT") to reinvest their income distribution in new units in Axis-REIT. The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, is pleased to announce that 4,276,988 new units ("New Units") have been issued and allotted on 9 December 2015 pursuant to the IDRP which was applied to the 2015 Third Interim Income Distribution. The New Units are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 10 December 2015. With listing of the New Units, the enlarged fund size of Axis-REIT is 1,099,793,068 units. This announcement is dated 10 December 2015. |
