We refer to the announcements in relation to the Placement, the latest of which is dated 24 November 2017. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the placement of 125 million new Units has been completed with the listing of 125 million new Units on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today. The total gross proceeds raised from the placement exercise is RM178.75 million. With the listing of the said new Units, the enlarged fund size of Axis-REIT is 1,230,173,591 Units.
