| Contents | Reference is made to the announcement released on 21 January 2010 on behalf of Alex Lee Lao, the Alternate Director of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Manager"), the management company of Axis-REIT, on the Proposed Dealings in Units during Closed Period. Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(d) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ARMB wishes to inform that Alex Lee Lao has dealt in the units of Axis-REIT during closed period. Property Development Sdn Bhd. T.S. Property Development Sdn Bhd has a substantial interest in Axis Development Sdn Bhd, which in turn has substantial interest in Baiduri Kemas Sdn Bhd (in members' voluntary liquidation), a unitholder of Axis-REIT. | ||||||||||||||||
