The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the Manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that RHB Trustees Berhad, the Trustee for Axis-REIT and Gandour (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, the Vendor, have mutually agreed in writing to extend the Conditional Period in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of the Property for another 14 days from 8 November 2018 till 21 November 2018.
