On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, being the management company of Axis-REIT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has approved the request for suspension in the trading of Axis-REIT’s units with immediate effect until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, 31 October 2019.
The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(c) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities to facilitate an impending launch of the book-building exercise pursuant to the Proposed Placement (as defined in Axis-REIT’s announcement dated 29 October 2019).
