On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Manager, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Manager and the Trustee had on 17 January 2020 entered into:
(i) a supplemental deed ("Supplemental Deed") to amend the Third Principal Deed; and
(ii) a new restated principal deed to restate the Third Principal Deed by incorporating the amendments made pursuant to the Supplemental Deed.
