The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the Manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee has, on behalf of Axis-REIT, completed the Proposed Acquisition of the Property situated at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan from K-Plastics Industries Sdn Bhd. The acquisition of the Property has been completed today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 8 October 2019.
