With reference to the announcement released on 26 October 2020 (ref no: CS2-26102020-00047), Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-REIT) has on 27 October 2020 received a notification from its substantial shareholder, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) informing Axis-REIT on an error in relation to its notification on change in the interest of Substantial Shareholder pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016 submitted to Axis-REIT on 26 October 2020 and a new notice dated 27 October 2020 shall supersede the earlier notice submitted on 26 October 2020. Amendments made to the announcement dated 26 October 2020 are as follows: (i) total number of securities after change should read as 167,115,091 instead of 167,015,091; (ii) indirect/deemed interest (units) should read as 29,513,966 instead of 29,413,966; (iii) indirect/deemed interest (%) should read as 2.046 instead of 2.039; and (i) on details of changes, the number of securities acquired on 23 October 2020 should read as 452,400 instead of 352,400. |
