On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that OSK Trustees Berhad, the trustee for Axis-REIT, has extended the period for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent of the Wisma Academy Parcel Agreement and Annex Agreement by another three (3) months from 14 September 2012 to 13 December 2012 in view that the Unitholders’ Meeting will be held on 27 September 2012. The Unitholders’ approval is the last condition precedent to be fulfilled under the Wisma Academy Parcel Agreement and Annex Agreement. This announcement is dated 12 September 2012. | |
