The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT (“Manager”), wishes to announce that certain Directors and Alternate Director of the Manager have exercised the IDRP which was applied to the 2012 Second Interim Income Distribution of Axis-REIT and the details of the increase in their unitholdings in Axis-REIT pursuant to the IDRP are presented in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 13 September 2012. Remarks: The increase in the unitholdings of the Directors and Alternate Director of the Manager pursuant to the IDRP took place outside closed period of Axis-REIT. | |
