Reference is made to the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Manager had on 16 December 2022 fixed the issue price of 100,000,000 Placement Units, representing approximately 6.09% of the total issued Units of 1,641,054,038 as at 3 November 2022, at RM1.75 per Placement Unit (“Issue Price”) to successfully identified placees via a bookbuilding process. The Placement Units were oversubscribed.
The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 3.06% to the VWAMP of the Units for the 5 market days up to and including 15 December 2022 of RM1.8052 per Unit. Accordingly, the gross proceeds from the Placement is approximately RM175.0 million.
Maybank IB and CIMB Investment Bank Berhad acted as the placement agents for the Placement.
