| The Warrants will be issued free to entitled shareholders who subscribe for the Rights Shares. The Rights Issue with Warrants is renounceable in full or in part and any renunciation must be of an equivalent number of Rights Shares and Warrants. The documents relating to the Rights Issue with Warrants will not be sent to foreign shareholders of Glomac whose name(s) appear in the Record of Depositors on the entitlement date (“Entitled Shareholders”) who do not have a registered address in Malaysia. Foreign Entitled Shareholders who wish to apply for the Rights Shares with Warrants should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect a change of address. Alternatively, foreign Entitled Shareholders could establish a Malaysian address for services and for the acceptance of the Rights Shares with Warrants to be made in Malaysia by notification in writing to the Registrar. |
