Reference is made to the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 10 November 2023, approved the listing and quotation of up to 10,241,494 new Units to be issued pursuant to the IDRP applicable to the 2023 Third Interim Income Distribution on the Main Market of Bursa Securities (“Application”).
The approval of Bursa Securities for the Application is subject to, among others, the following conditions:
(i) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the IDRP;
(ii) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the IDRP; and
(iii) Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the IDRP is completed.
