Reference is made to the announcements dated 27 October 2023, 8 November 2023, 10 November 2023, 22 November 2023, 23 November 2023 and 12 December 2023 in relation to the IDRP applicable to the 2023 Third Interim Income Distribution that allows the unitholders of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT") to reinvest their income distribution into new units in Axis-REIT ("Units").
The unitholders' capital of Axis-REIT after the IDRP is approximately RM2.13 billion after netting-off estimated expenses of approximately RM200,000 in relation to the IDRP.
The IDRP will be completed with the listing and quotation of 6,438,121 new Units on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 December 2023.
