1. The expected gain from the disposal is RM4,245.
2. The sales proceeds of RM491,720 will be utilised to meet the working capital requirement.
3. The net book value of the plant and machinery based on the latest audited financial statements at 31 December 2002 is RM681,014.
4. The time and place where the agreement is available for inspection is as follows:
