We refer to your letter dated 14th July 2003 drawing our attention to an article which appeared on page 13 of The Sun on Monday, 14th July 2003 and in particular, to the underlined sentences in the said article which are reproduced as follows:-
"Kolej WIT... Sateras Resources Bhd is thinking of disposing of its 45% share..."
"...Sateras...exit the education business."
We wish to inform the Exchange that the Company did receive verbal enquiries including from Maju Holdings Sdn. Bhd. on the possible disposal of Kolej WIT Sdn. Bhd.
However no firm offer has been received from any party to date and the Company is not aware of any due diligence exercise being undertaken on Kolej WIT Sdn. Bhd. as reported.

We refer to the above article appearing in The Sun, page 13, on Monday, 14 July
2003, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined
sentences, which are reproduced as follows:-
