With reference to the Exchange's letter dated 10 July 2003 on unusual market activity in the trading of the Company's shares, we wish to inform that we are not aware of any reasons that could have contributed to the unusual market activity. There are no material developments in the Company's business and affairs that have not been previously disclosed.
Nevertheless, the Company is continuously exploring for new activities and businesses and will make the necessary announcement to the Exchange, should these fall within the ambit of Chapter 9 of the KLSE Listing Requirements.
