We refer to your fax letter dated 28 July 2003 and wishes to inform that the quote of “… its expects to … in FY04 make a profit of RM20 million” is a misquotation by the Press.
The actual statement given by Mr. Hamidon Abdullah, the Executive Chairman of EPMB is that EPMB expects to recoup all its business losses in the past two (2) years in the future, arising from all its business endeavour and planning.
We trust the above is in order.

We refer to the above news article appearing in The Star, Bizweek, Page 8, on
Saturday, 26 July 2003, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
"...it expects to...in FY04 make a profit of RM20 million."
