The expected losses to Eden Group arising from claims
The financial impact arising from the claims made by the 35 parties is not expected to be substantial to Eden Group. The expected losses arising from the claims will be the legal cost in defending the claims by the 35 parties and the claims (if successful) as set out in our announcement dated 7 November 2003.
