The Board of Directors wish to inform the Exchange that the Company had on 29th October 1999 announced its proposal to implement an employee share option scheme to eligible employees and executive directors of the Company and its subsidiaries and on 30th December 1999, Commerce International Merchant Banker Berhad had on behalf of the Company announced a Proposed Bonus Issue. Except for the two proposed exercise to be underaken there is no other major development in the Company's business or affairs nor is there any impending change in the major shareholders of the Company.
To the best of the Company's knowledge the increase in price and volume trade in the Company's shares recently is probably due to the bullish market sentiment.
