In reply to the Exchange's query and in accordance with Section 338 of the Lisitng Requirements on the Corporate Disclosure Policy on Response to Unusual Market Action, we would like to advise on the followings:-
(1) There is no material development in our Company's business and affairs not previously disclosed.
(2) There is no impending change in the major shareholders of our Company.
(3) In our opinion, there is no other reasons for this unusual market action.
Further to the above, there is no Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into or to be entered into pursuant to any significant business activity of our Company. In addition, we are also not aware or become aware of any rumour or report which may have an effect on the share price.
