We refer to your letter dated 17 February 2000 on the abovecaptioned matter.
We wish to refer the Exchange to our announcement made on even date which reported that Dijaya Digital Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary which the Company had acquired in July 1997, has been identified as the vehicle to spearhead the Group's planned venture into information technology, internet-related businesses and e-commerce activities.
Save for the above, there are no other material development in the Company's business and affairs which have not been previously disclosed to the Exchange.
